Thank you for choosing Eleganza Arts for your creative needs! We love helping your little artists flourish and hope our products bring them joy. If there’s anything about your order that didn’t make you smile, here’s how we can help:
Returns:
- You have 15 delightful days to send an item back to us from the day it arrives at your doorstep.
- To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item is in good condition, in its original condition, and tucked nicely in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
Refunds:
- Returned the item already? Great! We’ll check it out and send you an update. Once approved, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method quicker than a child’s giggle.
- Keep an eye on your bank or card statement; it might take a few days for the refund to show up, depending on your card issuer.
Shipping:
- Just a heads up, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Remember, the cost of shipping is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
